Stacey founded Global Cosmetic Developments using her experience gained from working within the Industry as a formulation chemist, regulatory technologist, through to creating and developing her own skincare line and also from running her own formulation and regulatory consultancy, Stacey Irving Consultancy which, since was founded in 2012 has grown to support a growing number of cosmetic and personal care businesses from around the world.
“I recently re-branded the Company from Stacey Irving Consultancy to Global Cosmetic Developments due to how the company has evolved over the past 4 years and due to the ever changing demands of development and regulation requirements across all continents. We continue to work with companies globally to ensure they meet export and regulatory requirements whilst also providing technical and formulation development expertise where needed.”
Stacey has created a range of services that are highly valued and cost effective to assist companies with their product development processes, for those with little or no in-house capabilities.
With using my own formulation development and regulatory expertise my vision was to create a development company that could offer a wide range of cosmetic product development services that would be attractive to start ups, SME’s and larger companies that include both beauty brands and product manufacturers who were looking for a flexible and reliable outsourcing solution for their product and research & development needs.
The company is growing and due to the ever-changing demands of development and regulation requirements across all continents, we continue to work with companies globally providing formulation and technical expertise whilst also ensuring to meet export and regulation requirements.
Stacey graduated from De Montfort University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Science and Cosmetics in 2009 and has since then worked within formulation development and regulatory roles for a variety of companies such as Unilever, Reckitt Benkiser, Inline Health and Beauty and Badqequo leading onto setting up her own consultancy Stacey Irving Consultancy which was rebranded as Global Cosmetic Developments in 2016.
